Comment from poster: "Those who pass along this highway risk exposure to disease as they pass along this massive pile of garbage. This is just a small glimpse of the massive piles of garbage that have piled up between Lapu-Lapu Highway and a muddy and deteriorating creek in Martiniko Street at the boundaries of Barangay Bangkulasi in Navotas City and Barangay Longos in Malabon City. The garbage is believed to have been deliberately dumped by the garbage collectors and undisciplined residents living nearby."
